FIS is One of Germany’s Best Training Companies

For the third time, the ‘Capital’ business magazine publishes a study on the best training companies / FIS is one of them

445 companies have scored well or very well and are therefore among the best training companies throughout Germany. FIS Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH (FIS) is also one of them in the fields of vocational training and dual study program. This is the result of the “Germany’s best training companies” study executed for the third time by the ‘Capital’ business magazine (edition 11/2019) together with the ‘Ausbildung.de’ talent platform and the HR marketing professionals of TERRITORY Embrace.

The study clearly shows the challenges many companies are facing. More than one half of the companies complain about declining numbers of applicants for vocational training, 70 % see a decreasing quality of the applicants.

“The ever-increasing number of unfilled training positions and open posts for skilled labor shows the high pressure on many companies to even better position themselves in the labor market,” says ‘Capital’ manager Horst von Buttlar.

“The challenges of companies, however, result in particularly good conditions for trainees,” says Gero Hesse, managing director of TERRITORY Embrace. The companies make sure that the trainees get what they need and offer individual support such as coaching or financial support in the form of travel or housing allowances. Others are supported with further training and competitions in the course of their vocational training.

“For us, the award is a great confirmation of our high-quality training concept and the above-average performances of our trainees,” Christian Lang, member of the FIS management board, is pleased to say.
